Easy to order but poor customer service thereafter.Been waiting for a delivery that was supposed to arrive on 5th May.Excuse - build up from Bank holiday weekend.We order from numerous places regularly and get overnight delivery.I suggest changing your delivery company if they cannot cope.

Ordered two box plants and two olive trees on the 14th March. The box plants came within a few days but not received the olive trees, that's despite them saying they are in stock. No customer services available to call so sent an email asking about the order on the 21st, 25th and 29th, still nothing. No response.

I pre-ordered an artificial cheese plant that was due to be in stock a few weeks after my order. Whilst I was waiting, I found I needed to change the size of the plant I had ordered. The customer service team - Sarah Louise in particular - were super helpful in sorting this out and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They were even able to sort out an issue with the courier when the new plant size arrived in stock. I'm really pleased with the plant now it has arrived - it really brightens up the corner of our room!

This company is wonderful, the artificial plants are of a high standard, they bend over backwards to please and deliver very promptly. During these difficult times, the arrival of some of these makes my day!

Hello everyone! I couldn’t be more happy with the products I got. The palm tree is simply sensational and has made my house a mini Caribbean (much welcomed during 3rd lockdown). The quality of the products are superb. Delivery was super quick and Amy in customer service is wonderful.Love this place and couldn’t recommend it more.

Overall I am pleased with my purchase. I do think though a sticker "keep box this way up" would be useful. My plant was delivered upside down in the box and this creased the leaves.

Ordered an artificial indoor bamboo plant, arrived the next working day, it looks great and very realistic.

I have been looking for an artificial plant to accentuate my. Hallway and having taken delivery of my Boston Fern today I am extremely happy. The quality of the fern is excellent and it looks magnificent. I also ordered some pots for my Nesbola and Avocado plants which are also superb and at a fabulous price too. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

Wow so realistic I love Lilies but can't have real ones as they are toxic to cats which we have 2 of. I read some of the reviews and thought I'd order some. Well I wasn't disappointed in way when they arrived boxed so nicely and very promptly. Will definitely be ordering some plants for the garden to give some life to our darker corners. Have already told my friends how amazing they are and won't hesitate to recommend Blooming Artificial.Thank you

On Friday 20th November we ordered two Bay trees. We received them on Monday afternoon! We are very happy with them- they arrived in perfect condition and it took us all of 3 minutes to spread the leaves into a perfect shape. We are also very impressed with quality of both the product and the service - thank you!

Bought two spiral outdoor trees and after 15 months one has completely collapsed as the metal has completely rusted. We paid in excess of £250 for two trees and am astounded that after such a short period one has collapsed and Blooming Artificial will not consider a repair or replacement. Don’t waste your money you’ll pay a premium price for cheap tat!

I bought Zinnia Oklahoma seeds from these guys. 2 days after planting, they germinated. Amazing stuff. Now I just need to return to update my review when I confirm the color mixes.
